The camp chiefs are already fully engaged in planning this year's study start 2015 for HA and BM, and in that regard we need a number of tutors and practical helpers. 

As a tutor you will be assigned to a freshmen class, where your task is to guide the new students through their studies and help them in throughout their first semester. 

As a practical helper you need to help the camp chiefs with the practical tasks that arise in connection with organizing the study start. This is both in the introductory days at the university and on the freshmen trip. On the freshmen trip it will especially focus on being responsible for the bar, activities and preparing the meals. 

There will not be paid any salary, but BEA will pay for your meals plus some beverages on the freshmen trip. During the spring semester and the summer holidays, you must be prepared to devote some hours of preparation and organization of the study start. The following dates are currently fixed: 

April 18 - LHAK-day (social event for tutors and practical helpers)
August 15 to 16 – Cabin trip for the camp chiefs, tutors and practical helpers August 25 – Introduction day for new students
August 26 to 27 – Course introduction (only Tutors)
August 28 - Activity Day
September 11 to 13 – Freshmen trip 

Students from the following studies may be considered: HA, BM and Cand.merc. students at the University of Southern Denmark. 

If you want to be a part of the freshmen trip 2015 and give the new students a just as great start to the study as you got, then please send us a motivated application. Herein please: 

- Provide information regarding whether you apply as a tutor or practical helper and why you apply for this
- Provide information about which study you attend at the moment and on which semester - Provide an e-mail address and telephone number
